Please Note . . .
The documents you will receive through JM's online document service are meant for “simple” type estates
where no estate-tax planning is required and where in general a person is seeking to leave his or her
property to his or her spouse and his or her kids.  If your estate would likely be subject to estate-tax upon
your or your spouse’s death or if you have any unique or complicating situations such as (a) if you want to
limit or omit the inheritance of a spouse or minor child; (b) if you have a disabled child who will need
special provisions upon your death; (c) if you own property in another state; or (d) if you have any other
request not contemplated in our questionnaire or our documents you should schedule an office visit to
talk with one or our attorneys to discuss your particular needs or otherwise consult with an estate-
planning attorney in your area.
