Education:  1992 - BS in Business Administration from Appalachian State University; 1996- JD from Walter F.
George School of Law at Mercer University; 2002 - Master of Accounting from Keenan-Flagler Business
School, UNC Chapel Hill.

Experience:  Since law school Ted has worked as a transactional attorney in several firms in which he
gained experience in the areas of real estate, estate planning, taxation, aviation law, environmental law.  Ted
also worked for the Nevada State Legislature from 1998 to 2001 as a Deputy Legislative Counsel during
which time he drafted and edited legislation, statutes and administrative code.  In 2003 Ted opened the
practice as The Law Offices of Edward A. Johnson II and has since assisted thousands of clients with real
estate, estate planning and administration, business planning and formation and income tax matters.

Kimberly L. Moore
Areas of focus:  civil litigation, real estate, estate planning & probate and business planning and formation.

Education:  1985 - The Hotchkiss School; 1989 - McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia,
Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Marketing; 1995 Cum Laude graduate
of Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University.

Experience: Upon graduation from law school, Kimberly worked for approximately six months for a small
litigation firm in Alpharetta, Georgia.  In early 1996, Kimberly began work with Smith, Howard & Ajax in Atlanta
concentrating on breast implant defense and other litigation.In October of 1997, Ted and Kimberly moved to
Reno, Nevada where Kimberly worked with Woodburn and Wedge focusing on commercial litigation.  After
moving to North Carolina, Kimberly worked with Fletcher Ray & Satterfield in Wilmington with a focus on
commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and business planning and formation. Kimberly left Fletcher Ray
& Satterfield in January 2004 to join the practice with Ted.
